You will be leading and coaching the ART and its members in close collaboration with the ART Leadership team.
Building relations and creating an environment of collaboration, trust and mutual respect – across the organization and the ART.
Collaborate with other ARTs and stakeholders to align priorities and solve impediments.
Optimize relevant processes within the ART and across the organization.
Ensure that system thinking is applied.
Support that the ART delivers and improves according to our strategic goals.
Plan and facilitate the ART PI Planning and other SAFe events during the PI Execution.
Foster continuous learning and relentless improvement – in close collaboration with the people in the ART and the line organization.
requirements-expected :
3-5 recent years of experience as RTE, Senior Scrum Master or similar within a larger SAFe setup.
You possess excellent leadership, communication and people skills.
Proficiency in and commitment to the agile mindset and principles from SAFe.
Excellent English skills enabling everyday verbal and written communication.
Ideally you hold a SAFe certification as RTE.
