Your responsibilities
Defining and executing the product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
Leading multiple products in collaboration with Product Managers and other (tech and non-tech) stakeholders but without a formal authority or direct reports.
Showcasing the ownership for the business impact and metrics of products within the domain and using a systematic framework to ensure that new ideas are prioritized consistently.
Setting key KPIs for the business goals and assessing if and why the success is reached.
Collaborating with tech and non-tech stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points to make informed product decisions.
Orchestrating implementation of new solutions, deciding whether to work on specific solutions or to give up existing ones.
When a product doesnt perform as it should, challenging current assumptions, drawing conclusions and proposing improvements in your domain.
Preparing strategic product concepts and business justifications for new initiatives.
Our requirements
8 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products.
Past experience in consumer facing ecommerce tech product management.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and synthesising skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product plans.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to advocate for the customer throughout the product development process.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of various levels.
Structured way of working.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (Polish and English min C1), with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
