responsibilities :


  • Defining and executing the product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Leading multiple products in collaboration with Product Managers and other (tech and non-tech) stakeholders but without a formal authority or direct reports.
  • Showcasing the ownership for the business impact and metrics of products within the domain and using a systematic framework to ensure that new ideas are prioritized consistently.
  • Setting key KPIs for the business goals and assessing if and why the success is reached.
  • Collaborating with tech and non-tech stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points to make informed product decisions.
  • Orchestrating implementation of new solutions, deciding whether to work on specific solutions or to give up existing ones.
  • When a product doesnt perform as it should, challenging current assumptions, drawing conclusions and proposing improvements in your domain.
  • Preparing strategic product concepts and business justifications for new initiatives.

requirements-expected :


  • 8 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products.
  • Past experience in consumer facing ecommerce tech product management.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and synthesising skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product plans.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to advocate for the customer throughout the product development process.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of various levels.
  • Structured way of working.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (Polish and English min C1), with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
