We are looking for a Principal Product Manager who will create the new monetization strategy in the future Marketplace vision on the AdsTech side. As the Principal Product Manager, you will be the main driver of this area, tasked with setting the vision and building solutions from the ground up, tackling challenging status‑quo‑challenging initiatives to unlock new monetization value in the Allegro Marketplace ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Driving a forward‑looking product vision by challenging the status quo, exploring bold opportunities, and applying out‑of‑the‑box thinking to shape the next generation of solutions
- Defining and executing the product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives
- Showcasing ownership for the business impact and metrics of products within the domain and using a systematic framework to ensure that new ideas are prioritised consistently
- Setting key KPIs for the business goals and assessing if and why success is reached
- Collaborating with tech and non‑tech stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring a customer‑centric approach
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer and advertiser needs and pain points to make informed product decisions
- Orchestrating implementation of new solutions, deciding whether to work on specific solutions or to give up existing ones
- When a product doesn’t perform as it should, challenging current assumptions, drawing conclusions and proposing improvements in your domain
Qualifications
- Min. 8 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and synthesising skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product plans
- Deep expertise in adtech and monetisation systems
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders of various levels
- Structured way of working
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (English C1), with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences
