Our client is a company with over 20 years of experience in providing managed services to entities in the BeNeLux market. We are building a Shared Services team, which will provide support for CM, monitoring, CI/DC, LCM and teams working directly with clients.
responsibilities :
Support of IT systems.
Design and implementation of new solutions.
Cooperation with the Information Security department in elimination of detected vulnerabilities on running systems as well as at the stage of design / implementation of new solutions.
Incident analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
Provide L2 support.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Contribute during design and implementation of new projects.
Work closely with our colleges in Netherlands.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading teams.
Good knowledge of Linux/UNIX system.
Experience in system configuration in accordance with industry best practices and standard, including security.
Proficiency in Configuration Management, using automation (Bash, Python, Ansible) but mostly automation platforms (AAP/AWX, Puppet, SaltStack).
Working knowledge of content management for Linux using platforms like RedHat Satellite, Spacewalk or Uyuni.
Good understanding of Infrastructure as a code. Experience of maintaining such infrastructure. Use of tools like Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation, Ansible.
Experience with CI/CD implementation and maintenance, especially with Gitlab CICD.
Working knowledge of Grafana and ELK stacks.
Working knowledge of monitoring solutions like Icinga, Zabbix, Nagios.
Understanding of virtualization principals. Experience with virtualization platforms like VMWare, Xen
