As a Lead Software Engineer, you will lead the development and optimization of our software applications, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance. You will drive technical decisions, manage projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality code. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a forward-thinking approach to handle challenges effectively and contribute to the strategic direction of our engineering efforts.

• Kafka Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Kafka, including its configuration, traffic management, and the production/consumption of topics;
• Node.js, TypeScript, and Jest Proficiency: Utilize deep understanding and hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Jest for building and testing applications;
• Database Mastery: Showcase expert-level knowledge of databases, particularly PostgreSQL and DynamoDB, focusing on design, optimization, and management;
