Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale fullstack applications using React and Node.js.
• Collaborate closely with product and design to turn ideas into production‑ready features.
• Own the full application lifecycle, including migrations and system evolution.
• Lead the transition from legacy monoliths to modern SPA architectures.
• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack.
• Establish and maintain shared components, tooling, and engineering standards.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical decision‑making.
• Contribute across all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of experience as a Senior / Lead / Principal Fullstack Engineer.
• MSc in Computer Science or a closely related technical field.
• Strong experience building SPAs with React.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js (Python or Go is a plus).
• Experience owning full application lifecycles, including monolith decoupling and migrations.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and modern deployment workflows.
• Experience with Solana and Solidity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Rails or legacy monolithic architectures.
• Exposure to Crypto, Blockchain, or AI‑driven products.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
