For our client – a global leader in defense technology and advanced systems, we are recruiting for the position of Principal Engineer Field – Air Defense Systems – IBCS in Sochaczew, Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical analysis of system implementations, modifications, and enhancements according to customer specifications
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions in alignment with customer requirements
• Review field support requirements and recommend appropriate tools and test equipment
• Perform system maintenance and sustainment tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Analyze technical data and provide recommendations for spare parts and support equipment provisioning
• Work directly with U.S. personnel and integrate into a multinational support team
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems

• Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Fluency in English and Polish (Polish citizenship required)
• Experience with IPv6, Linux Red Hat, and network monitoring software
• Must obtain CompTIA Security+ and Linux+ certifications within 3 months of hire
• Active Polish/NATO SECRET clearance or ability to obtain it within 6 months
• Ability to work overhead, in confined spaces, kneel, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 45 lbs (20 kg) unassisted
• Valid driver’s license, no criminal record, and willingness to travel as required (EU and U.S.)
