Wymagania
A master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Data, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
12+ years’ experience in software and data engineering, including 6+ years leading enterprise-grade data engineering initiatives.
Deep expertise in advanced data modeling, integration, metadata management, and data governance.
Extensive experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS); certifications are a strong plus.
Strong proficiency in Databricks, with deep knowledge of optimizing data workflows and analytics.
Extensive experience in Python for advanced data manipulation, automation, and model development.
Strong SQL skills for complex queries, performance tuning, and data extraction.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD methodologies for reliable software delivery.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards within the life sciences sector.
Experience working with LLM (Large Language Model) APIs (e.g., OpenAI) for datacentric work, including automation, data augmentation, and advanced analytics.
Proven track record in leading technical teams, developing talent, and driving organizational transformation.
