Your tasks

• Develop efficiencies and process improvements to address customer needs
• Ensure all operational functions are effectively implemented and operating efficiently
• Ensure that all activities within the Customer Service are performed and documented within established standard
• Support the development and administration of customer service policies and procedures
• Drive the awareness of processes, methodology, and benefits of innovative systems
• Lead key cross functional projects in order to deliver increased efficiency, to customers.
• Provide suport for complex cases and resolve escalated customer requests or complaints
