About the Role

  • Lead and manage the delivery of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental, Social & Health Impact Assessment (ESIA/ESHIA) projects across various sectors, with a strong focus on renewables (offshore & onshore wind, BESS, PV).
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and implement strategies to assess and mitigate environmental and social risks and impacts.
    • Prepare environmental and social management plans (EMP/ESMP) covering air, water, noise, land use, soil, etc.
    • Conduct environmental due diligence and develop corrective action plans, applying international standards such as EP, IFC, and EBRD.
  • Provide technical expertise on environmental permitting, impact studies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design sustainable solutions that align with business goals and regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business development and service expansion.
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, reports, and presentations to support client engagement and project delivery.

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in environmental consulting or industry with strong focus on EIAs/ESIAs and permitting processes.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, large‑scale EIA/ESIA projects across various industries.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and best practices at local, regional, and international levels.
  • Experience with project finance and familiarity with international standards such as IFC Performance Standards and the Equator Principles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
