Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. You will support engineers using Agile Methodology and should have an end-to-end understanding of business use cases to transform them into effective and strategic solutions. Work with business people to solve real-time problems and craft solutions that fit client needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze, design, and optimize IT risk and compliance workflows.
2. Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
3. Develop process models, workflow diagrams, and compliance frameworks.
4. Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to implement automated solutions.
5. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOX, NIST).
6. Identify gaps in risk and compliance processes and recommend improvements.
7. Support audit, governance, and risk assessment activities.
8. Create reports and dashboards for risk monitoring and compliance tracking.

Qualifications we seek in you:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

1. Experience as a Business Analyst in IT risk & compliance.
2. Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and risk assessment tools.
3. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong data collection skills and the ability to present and explain the data.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills – comfortable in proactively communicating with others both within and outside of the immediate team to resolve issues and get questions answered.
6. Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
7. Should have hands-on experience with SQL.
8. Agile experience and analytical thinking.
9. Some exposure to reading Java or Scala code would be an added benefit (not must have).
