Ensure the implementation, stability, performance, and security of company’s Zscaler infrastructure and features.
Monitor and optimize Zscaler performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize downtime and ensure optimal network functionality and end User experience
Implement and manage new features, infrastructure and change requests.
Design new solutions for the new locations and implement.
Deployment of the new infrastructure for Zscaler in the cloud (MS Azure and AWS)
Stay up to date with new Zscaler functionality and industry trends.
Respond to escalated alerts, incidents, and requests in a timely manner (ServiceNow)
Create, contribute, and maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
Participate in agile execution and Zscaler network and function design discussions (Tool: Azure DevOps, Agile Framework: SAFe)
Occasionally driving implementation of Zscaler incl. ZPA. Process improvements and implementation of innovation on Zero Trust technologies.
Collaborate with external Operations Team to ensure the smooth operation.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders: IT, Security, Developer community and Zscaler.
Wymagania
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience
