For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Principal Analyst (Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management)

What will you do:

a) Global Threat Intelligence (GTI):

  • Prepare detailed analysis reports, products, cyber threat assessments, and briefings of security incidents and related intelligence for GSIRT and its stakeholders.
  • Write high-quality threat reports tailored to Client’s companies, regions, or industries where Client operates.
  • Provide support to the SOC during incident response and threat hunting activities that include cyber threat intelligence, cyber threat analysis support, research, and recommending relevant remediation and mitigation.
  • Maintain awareness of the latest emerging threats and exploitation vectors and provide awareness to internal teams, leadership, and Client’s stakeholders on changes to the cyber threat landscape.
  • Support projects to improve data collection, interpretation processes and initiatives regarding threat intelligence and information security.
  • Develop and follow detailed operational processes and procedures.


b) Vulnerability Management:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for vulnerability management and information security topics.
  • Provide vulnerability management support and guidance during incident triage, analysis, response, and remediation for computer network intrusions.
  • Provide guidance and awareness to Client’s business units and coordinate response actions when required.
  • Partner with key stakeholders including information security leadership to develop recommendations and solutions to reported issues.
  • Establish reporting processes and coordinate 24/7 procedures to follow up on reported vulnerabilities.
  • Develop vulnerability reports and work with Client’s business units to coordinate response actions.
  • Ability to oversee end-to-end management of the response to vulnerabilities.
  • Champion outreach with vendors and security researchers.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that are aligned with Client’s information security objectives.
  • Work with business and technical teams to review vulnerability remediation strategy and ensure best practices are met.
  • Recommend and drive capability and functionality improvements in critical security tools and their associated processes.
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends and vulnerability program improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Information Security, Data Analytics, Intelligence Analysis, Vulnerability Management / Analysis
  • Deep understanding of network defense principles, common attack vectors and attacker techniques
  • Demonstrated knowledge of common adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
  • Expert-level knowledge of information security vulnerability concepts
  • Extensive knowledge of how vulnerabilities work and associated remediation techniques
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to accomplish assigned tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Good communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to express complex and technical issues in understandable language
  • Experience with Threat Intelligence platforms and Cyber Threat Intelligence tools and/or Vulnerability Management platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of English on C1 level
