ACCOUNT MANAGER – POLAND

We focus on key strategic markets where our signal processing technology is often a critical differentiator in our customers products, namely the industrial, automotive, communications, and consumer markets.
We are looking for an Account Manager with a solid technical background that is result-driven and an active team player that will ultimately bring value to the ADI organization.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Be the primary point of contact and responsible for keeping current customers satisfied while delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
- Build strategic and durable partnerships with our key customers in the region.
- Develop ADI business at all regional customers in Eastern Europe.
- Identify and manage new business opportunities/new customers/startups for ADI and bring them to win.
- Understand customers’ objectives and requirements and anticipate their challenges.
- Leverage ADI’s solutions value by positioning our products, demonstrating evaluation systems/boards, and generating new upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Be a proactive member of the Sales Team and build a strong internal network within ADI.
- Effectively articulate and communicate customers’ needs back into the organization.
- Visit customers regularly, attend trade shows, and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.
- Support internal marketing and product definition teams by collecting and summarizing requirements and market trends for specific end applications.
- Keep up to date with the latest ADI technologies, products, and trends.
- Cooperate with the Sales Team ensuring sales KPIs are timely met, sharing knowledge on trends, growth/lost business, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification.
- 5+ years of sales experience demonstrating success to date with strong selling, negotiating, and business planning skills.
- Experience in the semiconductor market and in solution selling.
- Experience in technology sales and working with distribution partners.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and positive attitude required.
- Team player with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Self-motivated and taking initiative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Polish and English; other Eastern EU languages are nice to have.
- Willingness to travel 3 to 4 days a week.
- Full clean driving license and passport.
