As a Pricing Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team based in Rzeszów. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic pricing and loyalty initiatives, optimize business processes, and support key commercial functions. About Your Future Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in and implementing projects related to product launches, pricing strategies, and customer loyalty programs
• Supporting the development and rollout of pricing and loyalty offers
• Conducting ongoing monitoring and optimization of pricing and loyalty products, both from a business and functional perspective
• Providing continuous support to sales and customer service teams

Essential Qualifications

• Higher education in economics or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM systems and similar platforms used within the Group
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Analytical thinking and ability to perform efficient calculations and draw conclusions
• Background in customer service or sales support within Group
• Teamwork skills and the ability to plan and organize your own tasks
• Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct training sessions, both in‑person and remotely

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of the English and Polish languages, at least C1 level
• Experience working in a project‑based environment (e.g., Jira)
• Experience working with Power BI
