Pricing Manager at ASBIS

We are looking for a Pricing Manager to drive a structured, data‑driven pricing approach that supports profitable growth across multiple countries and product categories. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, BDM, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain price lists, pricing rules, and margin frameworks.
• Collect and validate cost inputs (procurement, logistics, customs, taxes, marketing, service, financial expenses).
• Monitor and analyze planned vs. actual margins by category, partner, and country.
• Manage and update FX rates, monitor FX risks, and assess their impact on profitability.
• Develop and support credit limit calculation methodology with Sales and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies, approval matrices, and pricing corridors.
• Analyze demand elasticity, run A/B tests, recommend pricing and promo scenarios.
• Evaluate promo effectiveness (ROI, MCU, stock aging) and support decision‑making.
• Prepare regular margin reports and dashboards; support BI/ERP automation.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, commercial analytics, or revenue management
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience with BI tools and ERP systems
• Solid understanding of cost structures, FX, and credit risk fundamentals
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Structured thinking and problem‑solving mindset
• Clear communication of complex topics
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Results‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
