• Lead the UKIA S&C pricing team, driven by challenges and committed to delivering impactful results

• Proactively build key relationships with S&C leadership, influencing pricing priorities and growing demand for our services

• Provide expert guidance on pricing, rate cards, and complex deals, embracing challenges as opportunities to innovate

• Coach sales teams on pricing strategies, support negotiations, and share insights on competitors and market dynamics

• Foster continuous learning and improvement, collaborating across regions to enhance pricing capabilities and standards.

Oferujemy

• Demonstrable experience (6+ years) working in a Strategy & Consulting sales, pricing and/or delivery environment

• Undergraduate degree

• English language fluency (oral and written)

• Strategy & Consulting experience, ideally in a delivery or sales role

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills (including ability to lead teams and coach and develop team members, and confidence in working with senior Accenture leadership)

• Strong financial acumen and market intelligence

• Deal shaping and negotiation skills.
