Inviting applications for the role of Pricing & Promotions - Platform Deployment Specialist - Manager – English – Hybrid Krakow!

Responsibilities

1. Map the OpCo towards the new Global Template with 2nd line support coming from the GPO MTC organization.
2. Analyse OpCo requirements and capture feedback on the Global Template that can be shared back to the GPO MTC organization.
3. Train OpCo Key Users in the New Way of Working, Processes and usage of the SAP tool.
4. Support the OpCo in the adoption process.
5. Drive adoption of the new Pricing & Promotion setup.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

1. Has worked (> 3 years) in the field of Commerce in a B2B organization, or in Finance function specific to the area of Order to Cash - Pricing and Discounts.
2. Pricing and promo related processes: Revenue and Margin Growth, Pricing & Discounts Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Analytics and Finance - Commercial Control.
3. SAP, particularly experienced with Pricing Conditions.
4. Competence in managing and manipulating data, experienced with Customer & Commercial hierarchies.
5. Knowledge of forecasting principles to improve demand planning accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

1. SAP Pricing Conditions, design, cleanup and mapping of pricing conditions. Able to analyze existing pricing conditions and map them towards the new HNK Price Waterfall.
2. Business Process Management, Process design and Mapping. Able to map an OpCo towards a new process and support them in adopting the new way of working and use of the new pricing platform.
3. Able to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
4. Understanding of Transactional and Masterdata. Able to support in the data mapping required for the OpCo data migration.
5. Able to translate and communicate the new processes and system (SAP) requirements to the OPCO.
6. Able to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
