Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing and market access strategies for assigned therapeutic areas, drugs, and brands.
- Prepare and submit market access dossiers to relevant regulatory authorities to secure optimal reimbursement.
- Analyze health economics data and trends to inform pricing decisions and support business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, payers, and opinion leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing and market access initiatives.
- Monitor and communicate changes in the local regulatory and reimbursement environment.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver on market access plans and objectives.
- Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting to management.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public health, health economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in health economics within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of pricing, reimbursement, and market access processes.
- Ability to analyze and communicate scientific, legal, and economic topics clearly.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with government officials, regulators, and key stakeholders.
- Well-developed knowledge of the local regulatory environment and healthcare system.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Desirable Requirements
- Fluent Polish, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with international teams or in a global pharmaceutical environment.
