Responsibilities

• Processing tickets for pricing discrepancies within strict SLAs
• Liaising with Sales Representatives and in‑country team
• Understanding & execution of the processes applicable within the UKI markets
• Looking at ways to improve processes to reduce future problems
• Other ad‑hoc tasks dependent on the country you are supporting

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor or Master degree
• English level at least B2
• Ability to learn new applications/software systems
• Communication skills and teamwork
• Scrupulous with analytical skills, able to learn fast
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment under time pressure with multitasking duties
• Adaptability to change

It is considered an advantage to have work experience in a Financial Shared Services environment, in Credit Collection, or in a field related to Process Maintenance. Additionally, knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software is viewed as a plus.
