Obowiązki

  • Central coordination and governance of Embedded Insurance activities across several countries, working closely with local teams and affinity insurance partners
  • Data‑driven support of the central Embedded Insurance team through analyses, reports, and actionable recommendations for individual markets and senior management
  • Development, maintenance, and enhancement of pricing and demand models for Embedded Insurance in an international environment, including structured competitive analyses and competition modelling
  • Cross‑country market monitoring as well as the governance of market prices and discounts in collaboration with key internal stakeholders
  • Use and continuous development of analytics and reporting tools to monitor and steer conversion‑relevant KPIs across multiple markets
  • Analysis and optimisation of conversion rates throughout the entire customer journey, with a focus on scalability and sharing of best practices between countries
  • Preparation, visualisation, and presentation of results in a clear, compelling, and management‑ready format
  • Active contribution to strategic pricing and ongoing optimisation of pricing processes and governance structures at an international level

Wymagania

  • A university degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, data science or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on actuarial science
  • Several years of relevant experience in pricing, price optimisation, market analysis or pricing strategy – ideally in an international or centrally steered environment
  • Strong expertise in demand and market pricing models, including competition modelling
  • Experience with relevant tools and programming languages (e.g. Excel, SQL, R, Python)
  • An analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset
  • A proactive team player with enthusiasm for scalable, data‑driven solutions
  • Fluent English skills: German and/or knowledge of a Central or Eastern European language is a significant advantage
