KYP.ai seeks a Senior Technical Presales Engineer / Solution Architect to bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer needs to secure the technical win in our Enterprise accounts.

This role demands not just an understanding of sales and customer engagement but deep technical expertise to guide prospects through the technical validation process.

Youll be pivotal in demonstrating how KYP.ai’s solutions fit within complex IT environments, making the case for transformative AI-powered operational efficiency.

KYP.ai platform - Productivity 360° captures enormous amount of unstructured information, skillfully blends process and task mining techniques to analyze it and ultimately help companies see, understand and act on how work gets done. With AI-driven analytics, we provide rapid insights into patterns and inefficiencies to transform companies ways of working.


  • Process Vendor Experience: Ideally, you have worked for or with one or more of the following companies - Celonis, UiPath, Signavio, Automation Anywhere, Minit, Kofax or similar in the same industry/space.
  • Technical Sales Experience: 5+ years in a technical presales or similar customer-facing role within the SaaS, enterprise software, or AI solutions space. Experience with high-growth companies is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures, cloud environments, and software integration principles. Familiarity with AI technologies, process mining, or similar domains is crucial.
  • Enterprise Readiness: Proven track record of engaging with enterprise-level customers and senior decision makers, ideally complemented by knowledge of process intelligence, process mining, task mining, process discovery, and robotic process automation industries.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and business audiences. Strong analytical skills to translate complex technical scenarios into clear, compelling stories.
  • Influencing Skills: Ability to map out and demonstrate the strategic fit of KYP.ai’s solutions within diverse IT ecosystems. Experience with RFI/RFP response preparation and technical objection handling.
  • Education: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

,[Presentations That Win Trust: As an expert in Enterprise technologies and how to solve Enterprise business problems, you will craft compelling stories that show the customer how KYP.ai’s products will boost their business outcomes., Demos That Win Deals: Create and deliver demos that make the customer say “Yes!”. Using a combination of your technical savvy, your persuasive storytelling, and your usage of the latest in demo technology, create a demo “show” that wows the customer and moves them to the next sales stage., Technical Solutioning: Spearhead the technical portion of the sales process, which includes identifying customer technical requirements, making recommendations that leverage KYP.ai technology and services, and then crafting and present tailored demonstrations of KYP.ais solutions that address these needs. You will also lead trials/POCs that prove our value to the customer., Collaboration with Product, CS, and Marketing: Serve as the technical voice in strategic discussions with product management, customer success, and marketing while feeding back customer insights and helping shape the product roadmap with real market needs., Demo Management: Develop and manage detailed demo scripts by industry and use case, ensuring a deep technical match between our solutions and the customers environment.
