We are looking for an experienced leader who combines a solid engineering background with developed managerial skills. A person with cross-sectional experience in the Data Center area, well understanding the design and implementation of solutions based on server infrastructure, storage, backup, virtualization, and cloud technologies.

The IT Integration Team Director will be responsible for comprehensive department management and active support in creating and implementing the companys technological strategy. As part of their duties, they will cooperate with business partners, participate in PR activities and public appearances related to the IT Integration business line. Their task will also be to adjust the department to the changing needs of the company and support its growth through cooperation with the management and other managers in the area of management, standardization, and process optimization.

Your responsibilities:

• Management of the IT Integration department in the company (personnel matters, professional development and career path planning, motivation, team task management)
• Supporting the companys strategy in its dynamic growth - adapting the departments structure to the companys development needs and services
• Support in managing and creating technology strategy
• Cooperation with the management and other managers in managing the company, procedures, standardization, creation, and optimization of existing processes
• Cooperation with technology suppliers
• Public appearances, creation, and support of PR activities in the IT Integration department

Our requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience working with Data Center infrastructure (servers, storage, backup, virtualization) as a specialist or architect, including at least 4 years in team management
• Cross-sectional knowledge of the market, technology, and vendors in the Data Center area
• Experience in designing and implementing Data Center solutions
• Ability to analyze business requirements and select appropriate technological solutions
• Experience working with cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure, M365)
• Experience in preparing offers for public and commercial sector clients
• Knowledge and ability to work with CRM/ITSM systems
• Very good knowledge of English

Nice to have:

• Experience from an integrator, consulting firm, or IT solution manufacturer (in the Data Center area)
