You’ll take center stage in enabling seamless technology by providing technical and operational support across various solutions.
responsibilities :
Troubleshooting and resolving complex network and operational challenges.
Optimizing product performance and tailoring customer solutions.
Collaborating with engineering, QA, and customer teams to drive success.
Contributing to knowledge base articles and delivering technical training.
Occasionally traveling to provide hands-on expertise and technical insights.
requirements-expected :
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
3+ years of experience in technical support for advanced networking and wireless solutions.
Expertise in authentication protocols, VoIP troubleshooting (SIP, SVP, H323), and process optimization.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
A willingness to work in shifts and tackle challenges head-on.
