Tenant Coordinator
- Responsible for the successful operation of technical, development, and reconfiguration opportunities.
- Liaising with centre technical teams on daily project and technical matters.
- Conducting tenancy design review and approval.
- Coordinating tenancy activities, including liaising with tenants technical teams on fitout aspects to minimize owner costs and contributions, specifying the design process and contact points for tenants and external service providers, and coordinating external parties such as shopfront designers, architects, and service consultants engaged on behalf of the landlord.
- Assisting with due diligence exercises, including initial site visits and reviewing reports from external technical advisers.
- Managing technical aspects and delivery of reconfiguration projects within existing properties.
- Providing project cost assessments and input for projects considered by asset managers or during development.
- Maintaining technical registers and ensuring centre managers keep their registers up to date.
- Ensuring centre management technical teams have all necessary permits at all times.
- Providing ad hoc technical advisory services to property owners as required.
- Qualifications: Graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of retail building services and building codes.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in multidiscipline coordination.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Computer literacy in Word and Excel; AutoCAD skills are an asset.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
