The Technical Services Manager will be a core role within the IT department encompassing both Service Delivery and Architecture. The role requires an IT manager with strong experience in service delivery, infrastructure, IT operations, project delivery and process design. The individual needs to possess both business and technical acumen, be customer focused with the ability to engage with multi-discipline teams (both internal and external) to deliver change and achieve results in a globally dispersed organisation. The Technical Services Coordinator will have significant input into road map activities, technical architecture and IT Strategy. The Technical Services Coordinator is a broad role working in a fluid environment. It is a unique opportunity to help shape the IT organization within the division.

Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience:

1. BSc in an IT related field
2. 2+ Years in an IT Managerial/Leadership role
3. Extensive technical knowledge in some or all of the following:
1. Citrix
2. Cloud
3. Storage
4. WAN
5. Networks, Firewalls, routers
6. Servers & virtualization
7. Group Policy and Domains
4. Serve as a technical contact on projects
5. Project Management
6. Creation, Implementation and adherence of policies and procedures
7. Service Delivery
8. Vendor Management

Desirable Qualifications, Training and Experience:
