The Technical Services Coordinator plays a vital role within the IT department, focusing on Service Delivery and Architecture. The ideal candidate is an IT manager with strong experience in service delivery, infrastructure, IT operations, project delivery, and process design. They should possess both business and technical acumen, be customer-focused, and able to engage with multi-disciplinary teams (both internal and external) to deliver change and achieve results in a globally dispersed organization.

The role involves significant input into road map activities, technical architecture, and IT strategy. It offers a unique opportunity to help shape the IT organization within the division.

Essential Qualifications, Training, and Experience:

• BSc in an IT-related field
• 2+ years in an IT managerial/leadership role
• Extensive technical knowledge in areas such as:
• Citrix
• Cloud
• Storage
• WAN
• Networks, Firewalls, Routers
• Servers & virtualization
• Group Policy and Domains

Serve as a technical contact on projects, with experience in project management, creation, implementation, and adherence to policies and procedures. Responsible for service delivery, vendor management, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to resolve problems and coordinate the delivery of IT products and services.
