Senior GL Accountant

Responsibilities:

1. Work shadowing and duties/process migration into newly created SSC
2. On-going accounting service of production entity
3. Day-to-day journal postings and accounts reconciliations in area of GL/FA
4. Supervision and managing of accounting teams (AR, AP, Treasury)
5. Ensuring internal accounting policy is followed
6. Cooperation with internal/external auditors
7. Coordinating VAT and CIT compliance according to German law

Qualifications:

1. Very good understanding of finance and accounting, ideally in a production environment
2. At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting of a production entity
3. Analytical skills and business acumen
4. High level of integrity and ethics
5. Very good command of English (B2/C1)
6. Very good command of German would be an asset (B2)
