Position: RTR Accountant with English and French

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Petty Cash process
2. Prepayments
3. Cost Allocations
4. Prepare Hyperion Financial Management statistics
5. Load Hyperion Financial Management Statistics
6. Manage account reconciliation process
7. Manage journal preparation and posting process
8. Month end close time table maintenance
9. Maintain non PO SG&A cost allocation matrix
10. Prepare SG&A accruals at month-end (non-PO invoices)

In Cash, Banking & Payroll Team:

1. Bank statements accounting
2. Reconciliation of daily statements
3. MEC activities, reconciliation and reporting
4. Update / coordinate / solve unreconciled statements
5. Prepare Late Cash Journal
6. Foreign banks revaluation
7. Hedges
8. Payroll Journal Booking
9. Management of Employee related accruals
10. Management of Employee Advances
11. Restruct Accounting
12. Prepare headcount statistics
13. Journal preparation and posting
14. Perform Account reconciliation

Minimum Requirements:

1. Educational background in finance/4-5th year student or graduated/full time available
2. Minimum 1 year experience in P2P/R2R/Finance/Accounting
3. General understanding of accounting process in SSC
4. Fluent in English and French
5. Advanced in MS Excel
6. Experience in ERP - iScala - would be an asset
7. Organizational and analytical skills
8. Strong communication and client-oriented skills
9. Speaks another European language such as German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish - would be an asset
