ABOUT THIS JOB:

As HR Business Partner, you will lead and manage the people-related agenda at the assigned internal clients and business units. Additionally, you will lead change management projects, manage HR-related internal and external communications, share the responsibility for the goals and targets delivery, and play a key role in identifying, developing, and managing the company’s high-potential talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
  2. Proactively supports the delivery of HR practices and processes at the client’s side
  3. Manages HR Projects cross-functionally
  4. Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
  5. Closely works with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit key talents for the internal client
  6. Facilitates the management team to bring the best solutions for employees
  7. Conducts training needs analysis, identifies, and implements suitable programs to address the training gaps of the company
  8. Takes part in the development and execution of career development programs and succession planning for employees in coordination with the division heads
  9. Organizes company’s learning and development activities and ensures that plans meet current and future organizational and associate needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Masters Degree
  2. Fluent in English
  3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRBP role
  4. Team player
  5. Project Management and Change Management Skills
  6. Strong Time Management Skills
  7. Problem Solving Skills
  8. Knowledge of Labor Law
