Currently, for our client - international company from the financial industry - we are looking for people to work in the position of:
HR Business Partner
Daily tasks
- Conduct a comprehensive recruiting process in search of top talent in technology, finance and product development
- Actively seeking out the best candidates in Poland and abroad, implementing recruitment channels/methods/sources to attract highly qualified professionals
- Handling professional employer branding activities to increase recognition of the company
- Being the main point of contact and advisor on human resource management (engagement, performance, retention, feedback, etc.) for both senior management and team members
- Initiating and organizing internal EB activities (events, meetings, workation, etc.)
Desired skills and experience
- minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Eagerness and ability to perform the role not only as a recruiter but also as a team player who collaborate with their colleagues
- High level of professional communication skills
- A "can-do" attitude with a head full of ideas and the ability to think outside the box
- A healthy level of persistence, the ability to move projects forward
- Armed with empathy and an innate interest in making things and relationships work
- Deep understanding of the technology environment with high expectations for quality
- Practical knowledge of B2B contracting
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
