FP&A Manager

We are looking for an FP&A Manager to lead the FP&A analysts team, motivate them to achieve their goals, and support internal customers by delivering high-quality reports and analysis to make strategic business decisions.

What you will do:

1. Manage FP&A Team & Customer relations
2. Deliver qualitative and quantitative reports to support business decisions
3. Drive simplification of finance processes and foster a culture of best practice sharing
4. Effectively partner with the business by facilitating discussions between corporate leads and their business leads
5. Develop productive relationships with key stakeholders
6. Coach other team members in your areas of expertise
7. Provide strong support to Finance Business Partners in analyzing reported figures
8. Improve processes and use of tools: leverage all system capabilities, increase automation of processes, and deliver efficiencies
9. Actively participate in Finance Transformation projects and new tools implementation

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3-6 years’ experience as an analyst or as a controller in a business environment and/or functional area
2. 2 years of experience in managing a team
3. Bachelors or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent
4. Good command of English
5. Strong analytic skills and the ability to organize, summarize, and articulate complex financial information for decision-making
6. Experience in change management in a finance environment
7. Strong interpersonal & leadership skills with personal confidence to quickly build credibility, respect, and rapport with finance and business partners
8. Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought, and ability to translate complex raw data into simple, powerful, and easy-to-communicate key messages & insights
9. Passion for continuous improvements
10. IT skills: SAP & BI tools knowledge as well as advanced knowledge of Excel
11. Attention to detail and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies
12. Strong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders
