Praca na stanowisku Enterprise Sales Manager

Become one of the key players who help building up the first crowdsourcing based talent platform of the recruitment market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Reach predefined B2B sales targets and KPIs within deadline and budget.
  2. Find, attract and make an impact on potential clients via phone, webinars and face-to-face meetings.
  3. Spread Talentuno’s unique selling proposition, by being one of the faces of the company, who promotes and sells our recruitment and employer branding solutions.
  4. Establish and maintain fruitful client relations via close key account management.
  5. Become the owner of the end-to-end sales process that stretches from contacting the potential client to signing the contract and managing the account.
  6. Manage your accounts with excellence, ensuring revenue maximization in your client portfolio.
  7. Occasionally represent the company at relevant meetings and public appearances.
  8. Attend industry-specific events and build out a network in order to support business goals.
  9. Be a team worker, driving cooperation across other departments to satisfy client needs.
  10. Come up with new ideas and solutions to help grow our brand and sales potential.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong experience in sales/business development area - successful candidates will have a proven track record demonstrating their understanding of business and sales achievements.
  2. The ideal candidate is preferred to have experience in the Recruitment industry.
  3. Excellent networking and client management skills.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, in both written and verbal communication.
  5. English & Polish working proficiency.
  6. Familiarity with business computer software programs: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Apps, Google Drive, and CRM/ERP systems.
