Employer Branding Manager

Currently, for our client - an international company from the financial industry - we are looking for people to work in the position of:

HR Business Partner

Daily tasks:

1. Conduct a comprehensive recruiting process in search of top talent in technology, finance, and product development.
2. Actively seek out the best candidates in Poland and abroad, implementing recruitment channels/methods/sources to attract highly qualified professionals.
3. Handle professional employer branding activities to increase recognition of the company.
4. Be the main point of contact and advisor on human resource management (engagement, performance, retention, feedback, etc.) for both senior management and team members.
5. Initiate and organize internal EB activities (events, meetings, workation, etc.).

Desired skills and experience:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
2. Eagerness and ability to perform the role not only as a recruiter but also as a team player who collaborates with their colleagues.
3. High level of professional communication skills.
4. A can-do attitude with a head full of ideas and the ability to think outside the box.
5. A healthy level of persistence, the ability to move projects forward.
6. Armed with empathy and an innate interest in making things and relationships work.
7. Deep understanding of the technology environment with high expectations for quality.
8. Practical knowledge of B2B contracting.
9. Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
