Public Relations Project Manager (18months maternity cover)

In this role you will be involved in PR and communications activities aimed to strengthen GSK’s reputation and position. Working along Corporate & Patients Affairs Department Manager, you will work on the access position of GSK, and corporate narrative, support internal engagement agenda as well as serve as a point of contact for Patients Advocacy Groups. The role will work in collaboration with cross – functional teams (including GA, MA, Medical & Commercial).

Key Responsibilities:

• Alongside the Corporate & Patients Affairs Department Manager, the Public Relations Project Manager will be accountable for building GSK’s reputation externally and internally.
• The Public Relations Project Manager monitors corporate, patients and market trends to feed the insights into the evolving commercial and reputational strategy.
• The Public Relations Project Manager contributes to the development and execution of GSK corporate and communication strategy for Poland (both internal and external).
• Develop/strengthen relationships with a wide variety of Patients Advocacy Groups and comms organizations, acting as one of the Points of Contact.
• The Public Relations Project Manager is accountable for maintaining strong and trustful media relations.
• The Public Relations Project Manager delivers internal communications strategy, managing a set of internal channels and providing guidance on best channel mix for a given activity.

• 5+ years in life-science or similar relevant environment, with proven experience in Corporate functions or similar roles.
