Job Description:

The objective is to lead a team of 7 members providing support to 3 different systems. The team is split not only by the systems but also into 3 shifts: 08:00 – 16:00, 13:00 – 20:00, and 16:00 – 00:00.

1. MIC: This system integrates accounting automatic processes. Main tech knowledge required: microservices in Java running in OpenShift.
2. Accounting Data Notes: This system is used for manual appointments in accounting processes that are not automated. Main tech knowledge required: visual .Net.
3. Accounting Data Hub: This system is a repository for accounting information and is part of the data lakes. Main tech knowledge required: Spark and Qliksense.

Experience: 10+ years in support and/or development. Main tech knowledge required: general service management and production support team management, with specific tech support experience.

Work Hours: Available work hours (Monday – Friday): 09:00 – 18:00. Ideally, 2 days in the office in Warsaw, but can move to 1 day after some time.

Requirements: Any nationality is valid, decent English language skills needed. Available to do approximately 3 on-call night shifts per month (at home with mobile phone on). On-call is Tuesday – Friday 00:00 – 08:00 and Saturdays 00:00 – 08:00. No on-call on Sunday & Monday nights. Activation expected once a month on average, duration 3 – 4 hours.
