Objective: Lead a team of 7 members providing support to 3 different systems. The team is split not only across the 3 systems but also into 3 shifts: 08:00 – 16:00, 13:00 – 20:00, and 16:00 – 00:00.
Systems Overview:
Experience Required: 10+ years in support and/or development. Main tech knowledge required: General service management and production support team management, with specific tech support experience.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00. Ideally, 2 days in the office in Warsaw, with a possibility to reduce to 1 day after some time.
Eligibility: Open to any nationality, decent English language skills required.
On-Call Requirements: Available to do approximately 3 on-call night shifts per month (at home with mobile phone on). On-call hours are Tuesday – Friday 00:00 – 08:00 and Saturdays 00:00 – 08:00. No on-call on Sunday & Monday nights. Activation expected once a month on average, lasting 3 – 4 hours.
