Informacje o stanowisku
- You are responsible for spare parts quotation and order processing;
- You will create and process spare parts quotations and orders based on customer or dealer enquiries;
- You will clarify delivery dates and create order confirmations;
- You will also monitor and edit customer master data in CRM and SAP;
- You coordinate with other specialist departments and are in regular contact with our customers.
- Education or work experience in an area related to sales support, technical knowledge desirable;
- Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation;
- Knowledge of German at a minimum level of B1, both spoken and written; English language skills additionally welcome;
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office;
- Independent and organized work style, ability to work under pressure;
- Initiative, flexibility and strong social skills.
