About The Role: Join our Power Systems and Electrification team in Gdynia, Poland, where you’ll collaborate with a skilled and engaged group of professionals. In this role, you’ll deliver high‑quality services in areas such as:
- Power and control systems advisory
- Power system modelling and transient state analysis
- Power system stability studies
- Power system protection strategy analysis
- Power system risk assessments
Your Responsibilities Will Also Include
- Participating in risk assessments (e.g., FMEA, HAZOP)
- Conducting on‑site surveys and attending sea trials
- Managing client deliverables and facilitating technical workshops
- Contributing expertise to international advisory projects
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consultancy services to maritime and offshore clients
- Act as project engineer and project manager, ensuring quality deliverables
- Conduct surveys on vessels (including sea trials) and at manufacturers’ premises
- Lead or support client meetings and technical workshops
- Collaborate on cross‑functional projects with colleagues in global locations
- Provide domain expertise in power and control systems across various advisory projects
Some travel (<15%) is expected.
You will be reporting to: Head of Power Systems and Electrification Advisory, Poland.

About You
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Power Systems or Automation Engineering
- Valid driving license
- Experience with power or automation systems, ideally in maritime or offshore/energy sectors
- Familiarity with power system modelling tools (e.g., DIgSILENT PowerFactory), especially for transient state analysis and dynamic simulation
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team success
- Service‑minded, flexible, and motivated by problem‑solving and innovation
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
