THE WORK:

• Contribute across all phases of projects, including Discovery, Envision & Prepare, Construct & Evolve, and Accept & Release.
• Leverage your technical expertise to design and implement enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, leading development teams (both onshore and offshore) and driving best practice development approaches.
• Provide direction to technical team members, such as developers, test leads, and release managers, concerning solution design and approach, and research non-standard customer issues to offer effective solutions.
• Own the projects technical design and solution development, partnering with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.
• Assist in sales activities and planning as required, and contribute to the CRM Talent Community through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and supporting less experienced colleagues.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience with and excellent knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse) and best practices for Power Platform development
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, governance, and security within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers
• Ability to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Fluent in Polish and English, both verbal and written

Bonus Points If You Have

• Relevant Microsoft certifications
• Experience integrating with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and ALM for Power Platform
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, or M365 integrations
• Strong coding skills in one or more languages (JavaScript, C#, TypeScript)
• Background in agile delivery and working in cross-functional teams
