We are undertaking an ambitious digital transformation journey focused on customer-centricity and IT services optimization. As we grow, we’re establishing a new team in Poland, and this role will be instrumental in shaping our expansion.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Power Platform Specialist (Administration & Governance) to join our Digital Platforms Team. You will manage, secure, and optimize the Microsoft Power Platform environment, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.

You will be responsible for managing the environment, enforcing data loss prevention policies, and supporting governance frameworks that enable secure and scalable development. You will collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams to establish governance frameworks, data protection policies, and efficient use of resources – helping to balance innovation with compliance and stability.

We value autonomy, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. You should be comfortable working across teams, contributing to platform strategy, and continuously improving our digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards across all solutions.
  • Define and enforce environment and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Manage user access, roles, and licenses following least-privilege and cost-optimization principles.
  • Cooperate with product teams to define best practices and guardrails for solution development.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, License Managers, and IT Security.
  • Monitor Dataverse capacity and FinOps spending forecasts.
  • Drive and maintain the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and promote best practices across teams.

Your background

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in Power Platform administration and governance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 development/configuration.
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working across teams and functions.
  • Knowledge of Azure and C#/.NET development is a plus.
  • Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, MB-500, MB-700) are an advantage.
  • Experience within the shipping or logistics industry is a plus.

What we offer

  • Private medical care (Medicover).
  • Flexible hybrid model of working: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
  • Multisport card (FitProfit).
  • Training and conference budget.
  • Increased tax-deductible costs (creative work).
  • Christmas gifts.
  • Friendly work atmosphere driven by strong family values (family-owned business).
  • Social events and team-building meetings both locally and globally.
