• Conducting solution envisioning and requirement analysis
• Leading technical implementation, including development and configuration of components
• Engaging in pre-sales activities, contributing to proposals, estimates, and presentations
• Ensuring compliance with best practices and standards in solution development and deployment
• Providing guidance and mentorship to the delivery teams on Power Platform technologies
• Designing and implementing Power Platform governance, strategy, and policies
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Experience in a similar role (Solution Architect/Product Owner) or at least 3+ years of experience as a Power Platform Developer/Consultant
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Canvas and Model-driven Apps
• Very good knowledge of Power Automate flows, including both cloud and desktop flows
• Good understanding of Dataverse, including its data modeling and security concepts.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents), and AI Builder
• Understanding of Power Platform & Microsoft 365 licensing model
• Knowledge of governance and best practices within the Power Platform environment
• Understanding of proper Application Lifecycle Management
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and project management principles
• High communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members
