In Your First Days, You Will:
-Immerse yourself in PPG’s culture, processes, and people.
-Familiarize yourself with our platform environment and release processes.
In Your First Month, You Will:
-Contribute to short-term projects and service requests.
-Develop and enhance minor functionalities and features.
-Play an active role in executing PPG’s Power Platform strategy.
In Your First 6 Months, You Will:
-Take ownership of and drive your own projects.
responsibilities :
Lead and Execute: Spearhead IT projects within PPG, ensuring top-tier engineering outcomes.
Collaborate: Work closely with Business Analysts to design software solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Innovate: Conduct feasibility studies and proofs of concept, transforming business requirements into robust technical designs.
requirements-expected :
Education & Experience: A higher degree or equivalent experience/technical training. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform is essential.
Prior experience in development would be in plus.
Communication: Strong English communication skills, both oral and written, including technical documentation. Youll interact with teams across Mexico, the US, Europe, and Asia.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage application design and prioritize projects effectively.
Remote Work: Comfort in working remotely, with minimal face-to-face interaction with colleagues and managers.
Agile Methodology: Solid understanding and experience with Agile development practices.
