- Strong experience as a Power Platform Developer, including Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate (min 2/3 years desired) and Power BI (nice to have)
- Proficiency in designing and implementing data models
- Knowledge on SQL & relational databases allowing independent work on Power BI Reports building
- Experience with DevOps practices and setup – CI/CD, Pipelines, etc.
- Experience in designing application UI/UX (with focus on canvas applications)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Cloud knowledge & experience (GCP or AWS)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integration with Power Platform (desired)
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Jira (Nice to have)
- Certifications: Power Platform Developer and/or Azure DevOps Engineer (nice to have
