About the Team:

Our client’s Global Operations and Automation (GO&A) Technology team partners with core business functions to drive the digitization of operational activities across the bank. They deliver scalable technology solutions and establish an industry-leading business automation framework. The team operates globally, implementing and managing change across key markets using advanced technologies.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our client’s team in Krakow. This role requires a strong understanding of global product development and the ability to tackle complex technical and commercial challenges. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing cutting-edge technical products, have a background in agile development, and embrace a DevOps culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently deliver projects, applications, and automated workflows using Power Platform tools.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design software solutions, and report progress.
• Lead and implement best practices for Power Platform projects; stay updated with the latest industry trends.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and develop proof of concepts.
• Perform code reviews and mentor less experienced developers.
• Support DevOps setup and environment maintenance (CI/CD Pipelines, Environment Administration, etc.).
• Document technical specifications and user manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience as a Power Platform Developer, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (min. 3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in designing and implementing data models and visualizations in Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases for building Power BI reports.
• Experience with DevOps practices and setup, including CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience in designing application UI/UX, with a focus on canvas applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integration with Power Platform (preferred).
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry (a plus).
• Skills in DAX and M Languages (a plus).
• Knowledge of Jira (a plus).
• Certifications: Power Platform Developer Associate and/or Power BI Data Analyst Associate and/or Azure DevOps Engineer (preferred).
