Develop and operate a Microsoft-based Self-Service Automation Platform. Design, implement, and maintain the platform’s Governance Model. Collaborate closely with the Group-IT Microsoft Application Infrastructure Service. Ensure the platform follows global IT standards and security requirements. Guarantee the platform’s scalability, stability, and user-friendliness. Enable business units to automate processes independently within a governed framework.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI Builder.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Azure Services such as Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Proven track record in RPA technologies, particularly Power Automate Desktop and UIPath.
• Strong proficiency in interface management, including REST APIs, Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating, maintaining, and monitoring automation platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement governance models for Citizen Development platforms.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft access and security structures (Azure AD, RBAC) and familiarity with IT security, compliance, and GDPR requirements.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); German is considered an asset.
• Highly self-organized and reliable, with the ability to work effectively in a remote and cross-functional environment.
• Experience in change management, including developing training materials and implementing train-the-trainer concepts.
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable, such as Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, ITIL V4 Foundation, or UIPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer.
