About the project

Join NATEK as a Power Platform Administrator/Architect and play a key role in shaping governance, security, and cost-control standards for Power Platform across a European enterprise environment. In this strategic role, you’ll assess the current setup, define best practices, standardize environments, and guide internal teams toward operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-level Power Platform strategy, work with the latest Microsoft technologies, and enjoy flexibility in workload and cooperation model while driving long-term maturity and value.

Your responsibilities

  • Assess current Power Platform setup, including environments, connectors, data policies, and governance.
  • Document the current-state architecture, identifying strengths, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and maintain a structured governance framework and environment strategy (e.g., Development, Test, Production).
  • Define and support implementation of security controls, access models, and rolebased access policies.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance on secure usage of connectors, data loss prevention (DLP), pipelines, and integration patterns.
  • Monitor platform usage and implement guardrails to control and optimize licensing and operational costs.
  • Establish policies and processes for managing ALM, solution lifecycle management, and platform growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify roles and responsibilities for both admins and makers.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and best-practice guidance to the internal team.
  • Support setup configuration for emerging capabilities (e.g., Copilot Studio, AI features) ensuring secure and compliant usage.
  • Advise on reporting and monitoring setup (e.g., Power Platform Admin Center, CoE Starter Kit).
  • Offer periodic expert support as needed within a flexible operating model.

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
  • Strong expertise in Power Platform administration and governance, including:
  • Environment strategy and architecture
  • DLP policies / security models
  • Role- and access-management
  • Solution/ALM management
  • CoE Starter Kit implementation
  • Experience with monitoring usage, connectors, and consumption models to manage and optimize licensing costs.
  • Practical understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra, and Microsoft security controls.
  • Familiarity with Copilot / AI-driven platform capabilities and associated governance considerations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Proven ability to document architecture, processes, and recommendations clearly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to conduct knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • English language skills (min. B2).
