Job Description Summary

Power BI Solutions Analyst responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Power BI reporting framework to ensure high performance, reliability, and security. Enhances and redesigns dashboards for better usability and visual appeal, while improving data refresh efficiency. Develops new reports and dashboards based on evolving business needs, troubleshoots reporting issues, and supports governance activities such as access control, version management, and workspace organization.

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and optimize the existing Power BI reporting framework, ensuring performance, reliability, and security standards are met.
• Enhance and redesign existing dashboards to improve usability, visual quality, and data refresh efficiency.
• Develop new Power BI reports and dashboards in response to evolving requirements.
• Troubleshoot report issues.
• Support basic report governance activities such as access management, version control, and workspace optimization.

About You

• Master’s degree in scientific discipline (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience working with Power BI in a corporate setting, including report development and workspace administration.
• Strong understanding of Power BI architecture, including dataflows, datasets, and gateway configurations.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices.
• Experience optimizing Power BI report performance and refresh reliability.
• Comfortable maintaining documentation and technical specifications for reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English.
