Your Role

1. Platform development and strategy based on market analysis, customer needs and demand
2. Implement solutions and ensure platform flexibility
3. Be responsible for implementing best practices, high product quality, and standards
4. Risk identification, assessment, and management
5. Awareness of the latest digital initiatives and industry trends

Your Skills

1. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, query optimization, and dashboard creation
2. Experience in strategic planning and process optimization
3. Ability to analyze and transform complex data into concrete, measurable insights
4. Proven ability to conduct effective training and education for end-users
5. Excellent communication skills in English
6. Openness to hybrid work from the office in Kraków
